During long-term high-load operation, the bag labeling machine may occasionally have minor faults such as failed bag 

separation and missing labels. Mastering the quick troubleshooting method, you can solve the problem by yourself in a few 

minutes without waiting for after-sales personnel to come to the site, and resume production quickly.

       If multiple consecutive bags cannot be separated normally, first check whether the bags in the hopper are stacked crookedly.

Take out the bags, arrange them neatly and put them back into the hopper, then adjust the gap of the paginating friction wheel 

to ensure that the gap is only about 0.1mm larger than the thickness of a single bag, which can immediately solve the problem of 

bag adhesion. If the bags still cannot be separated after adjustment, just wipe the surface of the friction wheel with alcohol to remove 

the grease and dust precipitated from the bag surface accumulated over a long time, and restore the friction force of the friction wheel.

        If the labeling position shifts left and right randomly, first check whether there is residual adhesive stain and bag debris on the 

conveyor belt. After cleaning the surface of the conveyor belt, recalibrate the induction sensitivity of the product detection sensor, 

so that the sensor can accurately capture the edge position of the bag, and the error of the labeling position can return to the allowable

range. If the offset occurs intermittently, just check the winding tension of the label backing paper, re-tighten the too loose backing paper

to avoid slipping during label feeding, and the position deviation can be completely eliminated.

        If the label is not completely peeled off and remains on the backing paper, just slightly adjust the acute angle of the peeling plate

to make the bending radius of the label smaller when it passes through the peeling plate, so that the label can be separated from the 

backing paper smoothly. At the same time, appropriately reduce the feeding speed of the labeling head to make it completely match

the running speed of the conveyor belt, which can completely solve the problem of label peeling failure.
